About myself

An experienced, passionate, result oriented, international oriented HR professional, worked at multiple industries, such as IT, Telecom, Finance, E-commerce, Retail, Food, (food) Manufacturing.

Have extensive experience in managing HR Teams and HR Operations, HR (change) projects and building / professionalizing HR departments with a strong focus on processes and efficiency, therefore having a strong focus on HR (People) Operations / HR Backoffice.

Managing change and continues improvement is where I flourish. Throughout my career I got the opportunity in almost every role that I had to review, shape, plan, direct, align, digitize and professionalize and implement all areas of Human Resources.
